Domenic Bucciarelli got me a low price for my unit - about 10-12% lower than others sold in the area at the time. I used Open Agent to find Domenic, but nobody should use those websites - they're obviously not worth it, and possibly just bought off by the people they recommend. Domenic wanted me to have an auction, and so we did - but he should've pulled out just before it (as other agents were doing in the same area at the same time), because he knew there was only 1-2 bidders most likely, and surely he should've known that the result wouldn't have been very good. He was very polite and all those things, but the result is what matters. He sold another unit two months later, not at auction, apparently because he'd learnt that auctions aren't so great at this time - my sale was what taught him that. My unit wasn't very big, but I don't think that's an excuse, although he will use it; he'll also say the WestConnex was a factor.
