My property was a difficult property to sell even at the height of a property boom! The property was passed in at auction but Domenic managed to sell it for $90,000 more than what was bid. Domenic's pre-sale advice was valuable in preparing the property. His price guide prior to auction was accurate - it passed in at exactly the amount he calculated it would achieve at auction. His market knowledge is extensive. He worked hard before and after the auction to achieve the sale - a street record which we were satisfied with.
