Domenic has been helpful in acceeding to my request to view the property twice before I placed my offer. His PA Jonathon has been especially efficient in arranging the various appointments that are suitable to the current tenants in the property and in recommending an alternative building inspector when my own building inspector was not able to make it for a rescheduled inspection time.
Dominic was very understanding and patient throughout my dealings with him. Due to bank application difficulties , the sale negotiations ended up dragging out to near a couple of months but we got there in the end. A pleasure to deal with.
