After a long process to sell our house we were struggling to find the right Apartment to downsize too. We contacted many Agents with our requirements and were really not seeing anything that was suitable, and when we did we encountered some agents who were using some dubious methods to sell the apartments that was turning the whole process into a very unpleasant situation. Domenic had shown us a couple of Apartments that were not quite right, but he listened to our reasons why and asked questions, and in the week leading up to Christmas, when all other Agents had started their holidays, he showed us an Apartment that had just been listed. Whilst it was slightly different to the requirements that we had provided, he recognised that it met all of the most important criteria we had and whilst it had a higher price than we had budgeted for he vowed to work with the Vendor to negotiate a price that was competitive and acceptable to both parties. Dom was true to his word and late on Christmas Eve after 2 days of negotiation we agreed on a sale price. Dom's attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm to get the deal done for both parties leading up to the sale and post exchange of contracts has been exemplary. He has personally gone the extra mile to get things done quickly and seamlessly. He has responded promptly to questions out of hours even when not requested to, because as he put it "I knew this would worry you all night".
