Dominic went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to selling my property in Turramurra. It was I who approached him based on the fact he had recently sold a neighbour's apartment. Dominic agreed that I should renovate my apartment prior to sale and initially recommended a property styler who quoted approximately $107,000 to bring the apartment to a saleable condition. When this quote was rejected the styler halved the price within 24 hours which was still unacceptable. Dominic to the rescue - he recommended a property styler who was far from perfect but ended up doing an excellent job on the property at a significantly lower price. Whilst there were not as many prospective buyers as I would have liked I take full responsibility for wanting more than the market was prepared to pay. After more than 101 days, I took the property off the market for health reasons and an unsatisfactory settlement period and price from the only offer I had received. Dominic rang two days later and managed to get the money and settlement period I wanted. When it comes to agents, there are few like Dominic. He is like a little terrier who will never give up - yapping at your heels until you finally see sense and either buy or sell. In closing, Dominic was courteous, professional and always made himself available if there were issues to discuss. I can't think of one call he didn't return within ten minutes. You have an agent who is positive, highly motivated and "driven" to get the best outcome possible for his clients. You have a "diamond" - don't let him go elsewhere.
