Dom was recommended to by my buyer's agent...this proved to be an extremely worthwhile and successful experience .His extraordinary skills and organisational talent showed as he arranged huge numbers of interested buyers to inspect my enormous home created over 50 years He arranged the extra staff required to attend the gate, the large house, the 2000sq metre block and the distant cabana. This lasted 6 weeks and he had to field an enormous number of phone enquiries .He drew 21 registered bidders and this resulted in a record sale price for the area....it was also 1 million dollars over reserve. At all times Dom was very polite, helpful and enthusiastic .He did a superb job...I would unhesitatingly recommend him to any property seller. He achieved a sale price well above my expectations.
