I've known Len for 30 years to chat to around the town, so I trusted him to give me a realistic price for my house. Unfortunately for me he quoted 800K to 825 K and this sounded much better than Fletchers at 700 K, so I went with Len and Dominique. It took 9 months to sell the house, finally at 694K which is very close to the original Fletchers quote. The loss of interest (say 3% pa) (due to 6 months more than ideal selling time) amounts to about 10.4K which is an additional cost. So I think they either don't know what they are doing, or they intentionally deceived me with their envisaged price. Dominique had to put in a lot of working hours to sell the property, and he did that part with acceptance and enthusiasm. Hopefully they will find my view helpful as guidance for future business dealings with other sellers. Cheers John
