Dominic was very knowledgeable of Warrandyte managing the only Real Estate Agency (Fletchers) operating in the suburb which was an important factor in deciding whom to choose to sell our property. The whole team worked very efficiently and I liked how 2 property consultants were always on site during OFIs and we were always contacted straight after with who came through. Written updates on whom attended and their interest level was provided weekly which helped give us an idea on current interest level and reasons for those not being interested in our property.
