I’ve bought and sold property seven times over the past six years in this area, and I can confidently say Fletchers are by far the worst agents I’ve ever dealt with. Throughout the process, they provided misleading and, in some cases, outright incorrect information about the property. What should have been a straightforward experience quickly became frustrating and stressful due to their lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The low point came on settlement day. When I arrived to collect the keys, I was laughed at and told there were no keys available. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was handed a business card for a locksmith and sent on my way. No apology, no urgency, no ownership. After being forced to organise and pay for a locksmith myself, I forwarded the invoice expecting at least a basic level of accountability. Since then, they have gone completely silent—ignoring communication and avoiding the issue altogether. This is not just poor service—it’s a complete failure of professionalism and basic client care. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Fletchers to think twice.
