The value of the property was not predicted correctly at the time of signing the contracts. In 3 weeks the asking price was moved down to a value below the range of the selling price in the contract. That triggered the sale to be completed within few days. Dominic was very good in keeping us updated within very short time of any event whether it is significant or not. He was tracking the prospective buyers constantly to prompt them to take a decision in either direction. At the end of the day we are happy about the outcome of the deal.
