I recently decided to list a home I own, Dominic came highly recommended from a college of mine so I called him. I had only good experiences dealing with Dom. From the early days of seeing if he and I were a good fit (we got along great), then him valuing the home, dealing with the current tenant, setting up open homes etc, and then handling the prospective buyers and then getting the deal closed. All the way through I would ask why he recommended certain approaches and he educated me on his thinking yet still empowered me to make the final decision. I trusted him and followed his advice and in the end we got the result I was hoping for. A sale in the price guide and a smooth transition through to the unconditional stage. I would recommend Dom to anyone looking to sell, he is professional and very knowledgeable in the real estate industry. Cheers
