Louise is a lovely, vivacious, efficient and capable lady who impressed us when we were interviewing possible agencies to sell our home. We knew immediately knew that Louise would be our selling agent and we were not disappointed. Louise has fantastic ideas on how to best present our home to market and we readily accepted all of her recommendations. We now live in Tasmania so it was important for us to trust her decisions implicitly. She project managed all aspects of the sale and arranged to have the garden re-done, the house washed, freshly painted some rooms and touch ups all through. She also arranged new curtains and to have the house staged which we are sure helped sell the home in record time.
