A very professional approach from both Dom and Lan. On the professional side, the process started well at the initial brief consultation and then the main discussion which followed on site. I was kept well informed of interest in the property, being consulted in the preparation of the advertising material, follow up calls after open houses, and being given suggestions how better to present the house. I was told of offers made and how to react to them. Unfortunately the sale period was at the start of a period of substantial decline in house prices in the area, but that of course was not due to Lan and Dom. What is relevant is that I was advised of it, and given advice how to react and what to expect. On the service side, both were very approachable and easy to deal with.
