Dominic helped the reviewer buy this property

Lan and Dom made buying my first home a pleasure, with genuine care, honesty and zero pressure.

Lan and Dom are an incredible duo who made my first home purchase such a positive experience. To be honest, I was initially a little sceptical, as you naturally can be when dealing with real estate agents, but they were both so fair, transparent and genuine throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision, which meant a lot to me as a first-home buyer. When I made my decision, they were incredibly supportive and helpful, making sure everything was clear and that there were no hidden surprises or ambiguities along the way. They were always quick to respond, approachable and happy to answer any questions I had, which made what could have been a stressful process feel so much smoother. Both Lan and Dom are warm, friendly and professional, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the people they’re working with. I really appreciated their honesty, communication and support from start to finish. If you’re looking to buy or sell a property, I’d recommend Lan and Dom in a heartbeat. It’s rare to come across agents who make you feel this comfortable and well looked after, and I’m genuinely grateful to have had them both involved in my first property purchase!
