Dominic was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It could easily have been a messy sale: three separate owners, and none of us local. The property also needed a fair bit of TLC to bring it up to sale standard. Dominic was straightforward and open from the first ‘meet and greet’ appointment. He was so friendly, personable, and professional that I didn’t really consider anyone else to market the property. He had great insight into the local conditions, which was so valuable for out-of-town vendors. He had great ideas about how best to present the house, and had the contacts to help realise this vision, all at a reasonable cost. Nothing was too much trouble. Not even the fact that two of the three vendors were Luddites ( not tech savvy at all!). Dominic was in regular contact throughout the (very brief) campaign. Interestingly, I was dubious about his confident assertion that the property would sell within a few weeks of being on the market, but so it was, and at a good price. I can recommend Dominic without reservation.
