As we are not from Perth but looking to move there we needed some local knowledge and how things roll in terms of purchasing a property in WA. Don was more than happy to share his knowledge of the area and walk us through the buying process. If I had a question that Don needed to find information on, he would do so and reply in a timely manner. We settle on 31/03 and are keen to meet Don and view the property ourselves. Yes the whole process has been done via phone and email.
