We have used Don's services to sell houses for us in the past, with excellent results. On this occasion, we were selling a vacant block of land. Early on it appeared that Don, and his office in particular, had limited experience in selling land, no doubt because in the past, there have been very few blocks of land to sell in Willetton. There were some mistakes and confusion early on in relation to lot and house numbers and signage; however once that was sorted out, Don applied his excellent real estate skills and ultimately sold our block for a satisfactory price. While the process took considerably longer (5 months) than we had hoped, this was compounded by a flood of vacant land onto the Willetton market at the time. We appreciated that Don provided honest and regular feedback over the period the block was on the market.
