We were impressed by the thorough knowledge Don has on the house and property market. We have been hunting for houses over a year and never met any agent like him. As a buyer, I feel like Don and his team were quite professional. We bought the property based on the condition an workmanship detail that the previous owner had put into the home so the agent was for the formalities. I can say that on all documents there where no mistakes, no spelling errors, dates were well communicated, we knew what was happening and when. If I didn't know I rang and asked. When I left a message Don rang back. He also had the knowledge of the contract clauses off the top of his head when asking questions so I knew where I stood on certain items. I have rated 3 and a half for negotiation this is based on me being a buyer, I think it was a fair deal not sure what the seller thinks. In summary I would of liked Don to of sold my property as my agent has frustrated me with lack of knowledge of contracts, and silly errors, with buying and selling a property being an emotional roller coaster it is imperative these details are correct.
