Sold us a property with the heating not working denied all knowledge of it saying we cannot sue and that handover from rental team advise all in working order BUT refused to give us the report to my conveyancer and I. Happy to take the money but absolute rubbish morals principles or integrity currently going down the VCAT path. ALSO if the job had been done properly they may have discovered the severe gas leak in the ceiling. How this unit did not explode with us all dead I will never know!
