Don was instrumental in the sale of our property, was always easy and courteous to deal with, put in extra time at opens and contributed greatly towards finding a buyer in a changing market. We would recommend Don to any person considering selling their property.

We were very lucky to have Don selling our home during a very stressful time in our lives. Don was very attuned to what we were dealing with, and adjusted the level of contact accordingly. He was very committed to selling our home, which he did. He is honest and has integrity. We liked him as soon as we met him, and never felt pressured or hustled. The whole of the Hill's Harcourt team worked together to help us out, and certainly showed us that they cared in very practical ways. We were impressed and will always be grateful to Don and the team.

Don Richards worked professionally to conduct the sale. There were some hiccups along the way, but Settlement went through eventually.

Don had only just started at the real estate office we selected, so we were his first official client. He extremely helpful in many aspects of selling our property, going that extra mile above the normal expectation of a real estate agent, for example: helping our tenant locate another rental property, arranging delivery of additional flooring for us. Communication did break down in a couple of instances which was a little frustrating for us being interstate but it did get sorted once addressed. Don was always courteous and friendly and did what he said he would in a timely manner. Our property was sold quickly and the process was swift and effortless in the end, which was really important to us given our circumstances of being interstate and needing to sell quickly (the property had been on the market for over a year with another real estate office and agent) We would definitely recommend Don!
