Don Richards worked professionally to conduct the sale. There were some hiccups along the way, but Settlement went through eventually.
Don had only just started at the real estate office we selected, so we were his first official client. He extremely helpful in many aspects of selling our property, going that extra mile above the normal expectation of a real estate agent, for example: helping our tenant locate another rental property, arranging delivery of additional flooring for us. Communication did break down in a couple of instances which was a little frustrating for us being interstate but it did get sorted once addressed. Don was always courteous and friendly and did what he said he would in a timely manner. Our property was sold quickly and the process was swift and effortless in the end, which was really important to us given our circumstances of being interstate and needing to sell quickly (the property had been on the market for over a year with another real estate office and agent) We would definitely recommend Don!
