I wanted to sell my property interstate but my leasing agent was advising me against it, saying the market was stale, more likely to pick up in 6 months, and advised me to re-let my property. At the same time I received Donald's flyer in the mail. I called Donald and had a long chat with him. His perspective on the market was the complete opposite from the leasing agent. He was confident he could sell my property in a couple of months at a price within the range I was happy with. I admit I was a little dubious (because of my leasing agent) but I had a good feeling about Donald so gave him the benefit of the doubt. From the start Donald and Kelli's professionalism and dedication to selling my property was second to none. They were very considerate and respectful with my tenant making the process less stressful for her, and she in turn was very helpful and made a big effort to present the property well for home opens. Donald kept me informed at every step of the way, calling me to update on progress or hiccups regularly. Even when we had accepted an offer, Donald kept doing home opens, in case the deal fell through. I would not have expected this and many agents do not do this. The property was sold within my desired timeframe and price range. All in all Donald and Kelli went well above and beyond any of my expectations and I would have no hesitation but to recommend them.

Donald and Kelli made buying my first home easy. They were very easy to contact and pleasant to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.
