After a while been on the market, finally my unit is sold for 10k above my asking price. The wait is paid off. And i'm using her again to sell my other properties. Great communication with regular updates.
Where to begin?! We chose Harcourts because an internet search found most of the houses around my area were sold by Donna. When we first met Donna, she so wonderful. So nice and genuinely excited that we were listing our house. We signed on with Donna and Harcourts and the house was up for sale! After a few open houses and the same price being offered again and again we were absolutely ecstatic to be offered more than we thought we'd ever be offered. This was all due to Donna's excellent negotiations with the new buyers and working her hardest to get us the best deal and boy did she ever! The house was listed for less than a month before it was sold. It's been a very smooth and easy process from start to finish. Special shout out to Kingsley who we spoke to and saw most of the time. He is an absolute legend. Helping in anyway he can with all our questions and concerns, texts to check in and always being available when needed.
