Not a lot to report. Wen went to an inspection. Agent (Donna) was helpful and pleasant but not "pushy". She answered our limited questions fully. Donna helped us with arranging building and pest inspections and attended both inspections herself and kept us informed. She kept us informed as to progress of sale and arranged and attended pre settlement inspection.
It was great to meet Donna, she was very informative and had great communication. We contacted her with a particular budget and type of house and she was in constant contact with us about up and coming houses in the market. We had a great experience with her.

Donna was always updating me on the progress of the campaign and the sale. The only thing I did not like was the original pricing 'RANGE' All this serves to do is attract buyers who wish to offer the lower amount. I also do not like the post on the web 'UNDER OFFER[' as a buyer of over twenty properties in my time i speak with a bit of experience.. This under offer serves only to put potential buyers off. In my own case i NEVER looked at properties that were marked under offer Having said all that, I related my concerns to Donna who Immediately acted and rectified the situation. Would I sell through her again? YES. Definitely!!
