As soon as we met Donna, we knew she would sell our house as if it were her own, and we were never disappointed. She went through the highs and the lows with us, and her zeal for our property never diminished until it was sold. She definitely went the extra mile, above and beyond what was expected, and nothing was too much trouble. We loved her so much, that we also had her sell our other property which was rented to my parents, and she was such a help to them as well, it was incredible. My parents and I ended up sending her a surprise gift basket as a way to show our appreciation for all she did outside of selling our houses, that's how awesome she was - she was more like a friend than an agent!
