Both Donna and Tom were extremely helpful and assisted with advice and information with the sale of the unit. Donna conected and reached out to the other residents of the complex. Donna assisted in many small ways, always providing advise and assiting through the whole process. Given the distance between her (QLD) and us (ACT) she went above and beyond to assiting in any way, (even went and bought a replacement remote for the aircon for us)
