From the very first time we went through the home for a viewing, Donna talked us through the whole process. From submitting the first offer and getting advice on how to extend settlement and our options in regards to selling our own property - the communicating with the home owner we were purchasing from and ensuring the process went smoothly for both the seller and us the buyer. Donna went above and beyond to ensure the sellers transition met dead lines for us to be able to move in after settlement (together with going above and beyond to assist the seller in her move and exit clean).
