I moved down here off a property south of Sarina. I do not usually go to open homes however something drew me to this one that Donna was having. I had never heard of Donna or met her. I seriously felt instantly at ease with Donna. While she was highly professional she also showed genuine interest in me, my situation and what I was needing in a home. Donna never hung over my shoulder as I looked through this home however she was there to provide answers to any questions I put to her. Donna has an aura about her that I instantly trusted and felt at ease with and believe me I do not see that in many agents. Donna was at the end of the phone for me while we were negotiating. If she was unavailable Donna was back in touch so quickly. I knew she would always get back to me...I did not need to keep ringing her. My confidence in Donna was cemented from our first meeting. Due to moving overseas I will be calling on Donna again to market my property. Donna knows the market, she is honest, cheerful, works so very hard to achieve results.
