Donna was prompt with calls and return emails. When appointment times were set Donna was always on time, jovial and upbeat. Her knowledge of the Bay Islands and surrounds and property prices in and around the area is exceptional. Additionally as she lives on the islands helps to have her thumb on the pulse. Always honest and exceptionally pleasant to deal with. 2nd property i have sold via Donna and will use again when required without hesitation.
Just received a nasty surprise on settlement.the agreement with Donna was for commission only and now find $600 charge for advertising. Not happy at all quite deceptive.would think you will be correcting this matter John Dwyer
