As the buyers we found dealing with Donna to be very no-nonsense. The price of the property seemed appropriate from the start and we did not feel like we needed to go into a long series of negotiations with ridiculous numbers on either side of the true market price. Unlike other agents we saw during our long search for a new home, Beechmont Mountain Sales wouldn't take offers to the vendor unless they were on a contract, which made us wary not to go in too low. In this sense Donna seemed to be working more for the vendor than the buyers, but I think this is as it should be and she earned my trust and respect. Its as in my title; very professional. On the flip side I couldn't imagine I would look any further than if we were to sell the home. Dealing with Donna after the signing of the contract was similarly an efficient process; she always got results back to us and our other various parties quickly. Eg the building and pest and bank valuation appointments went smoothly. It was also a nice touch to receive a 'welcome to the mountain' pack in our new home which was very fitting for a small town like Lower Beechmont.
