Having bought our house from Donna as the sellers agent 7 years ago when it was time to move again we had no second thoughts about engaging Donna to find us a buyer. Donna provided market advice and evidence and priced the property according to our needs. Then she sold it in theee days. Unparalleled service knowledge and above all outstanding result. Thanks Donna.
My partner and I could not thank and also recommend Donna enough. We met Donna at a property while we were on our 5th or 6th weekend in a row looking for our 'Perfect home'. The property was not for us because we had a long list of ‘must haves’ and this property was suitable. When giving feedback on the property to Donna we explained what we were after and we passed on our details. Within 6 days of meeting Donna and having this conversation – she had called and made a booking for us to view a property that she believed was suitable for us and within 24 hours of viewing the property she was at our house and we were signing the contract!!!! She was so lovely and easy to deal with!!! During the settlement period and on the day of settlement nothing was seeming to go to plan but at no time did I find it hard to get a hold of Donna. She was open and honest at all times and worked very hard to make sure we were happy!!!! We also dealt with Ashley during this process and she was also a breeze to deal with!!! Highly recommend BOTH of these ladies!!!!!
Firstly, the Doleman team were all amazing to deal with, we enquired about a number of their properties and each team member we spoke with were so helpful, such a great team! Donna was great from start to finish, having just relocated from interstate this was a big decision for us and Donna was very helpful, patient but also kept the process moving. She gave us so much time without it being a hassle at all. I definitely highly recommend Donna!
Donna was great, made the process very easy. Her communication / replies were prompt and of great assistance. Thankyou Donna, we are very happy with our new house! 😃
Very persistent, easy to deal with, put a lot of time an energy into our transaction.
Donna has sold 2 of our homes in Ormeau over the last 6 years, she is the most genuine, compassionate and honest agent I have had the pleasure of meeting. Donna is a very professional person and was happy to work in with us for all our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Donna to anyone wishing to sell their home.
from the time we decided to sell there was no push to when we listed the property which was about a month. Sold within a day for a price we were happy with to good buyers. Second property Doleman Property Group has sold for us.
Donna was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire sale process. The house was on the market for just 2 days before we signed a contract. We received the price we wanted and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.
Donna is a fantastic friendly agent. I dealt with her as a buyer and found her very helpful and responsive to anything I required. I would happily recommend Donna to anyone in the Ormeau area who needs a great real estate agent.
We couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell our home. We had previously purchased a property through Donna and we were so impressed with her professionalism and service that we wouldn't have entrusted anyone else to sell our place. Donna kept us informed every step of the way and she seemed to be always working... showing potential buyers the house, open homes and even making herself available to show interested lookers the house whenever they wanted to see it. Due to her diligence and knowledge of the market our house sold in just under three weeks for a price we were happy with. If you're looking for an agent who not only knows her stuff but is also ethical and trustworthy then we highly recommend utilising Donna's services if you want to either sell or purchase a property.
Donna has been extremely helpful in all all areas regarding the sale of our house. Donna kept us informed every step of the way ,whether it was day, night or weekends. We highly recommend Donna to anyone wishing to sell in this area.
