Donna was very helpful, informative and patient during the purchase of our first home! She helped us with every aspect of the purchase beyond what you would expect from a typical Real Estate agent. It made the whole expirence pleasurable and I would recommend Donna to any of my friends looking to buy or sell their property.
We recently moved from Victoria and purchased a property in Ormeau from Donna. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her and Diane throughout the process. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we even received a beautiful gift from them when we moved in. Highly Recommend +++++
Donna was amazing throughout the entire process of appraising, listing and selling my property. She was extremely helpful at every turn, with lots of good information and sound advice. Her communication skills are second to none - keeping me informed at all times. This was really important to me, being a very nervous seller! I had complete and total confidence that Donna was looking after my interests and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to others - in fact, you're mad if you don't ask her to sell your property!
Stuck with us through the hard stuff and never gave up On us :) thanks Donna
We found Donna to be friendly, accommodating, professional and a great help considering we were buying out of state. I will definitely call Donna when we are ready to buy our next investment property. Thank Donna!
Donna made our transition run so smoothly & easy for us 1st time home buyers, Communication & attentiveness was always her priority. Thankyou
Donna was successful in our sale because she; 1. Did not over-commit and under-deliver, 2. Did keep the seller informed daily on developments, 3. Did communicate effectively on behalf of the seller to the buyer and vice-versa, 4. Was on time, and within budget, and lastly; 5. Was well presented at all times, promoting the appropriate image, for a realty agent.
The whole experience was made very easy by Donna a lovely agent who went above and beyond for her clients..
