“Working with Donna was an absolute pleasure! Nothing was to much trouble for Donna, accommodated every request and phone call with ease. We were interstate buyers and found Donna to be very honest, reliable and true to her word. Would highly recommend Donna to anyone, as Donna demonstrates a professional approach and expertise at all times and holds your hand right through the process.
From the first phone enquiry through to settlement and beyond, Donna was attentive and full of good advice. Every question was answered (Even Stupid ones) and we got a very satisfactory sale result as well. Weather you are new to the market or an old hand I would recommend Donna to all unreservedly
Donna was very understanding to our needs and requirements. The knowledge of the market Donna showed exemplary skills. Donna gave us fantastic feedback when needed and Donna showed exemplary professionalism in enabling us to get back into the property market. We cannot thank Donna enough for everything she did for us and we could not recommend Donna highly enough to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell. Donna is amazing at what she does and anyone who deals with Donna will be in great hands.
We bought our first home from Donna and our experience buying from her outclassed every other real estate agent we encountered. So naturally when we decided to sell that same house, we reached out to Donna. Needless to say, Donna was even more amazing to work with when selling! She helped us through the entire process as well as help facilitate our sale while we were out of the country for the final days. Could not recommend her enough!
Donna both understands the local market as she has lived here for over 20 years and experienced the changes in Ormeau. She has been so friendly throughout the purchase and always been available to answer any questions. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly
As an ex agent, I was a very painful and difficult seller. Donna has the patience of a saint and always gives 100% Very ethical and always efficient communication. I've recommended her for years and will continue to do so.
When you work with Donna you get an honest, reliable agent. I felt as if I was in very capable hands during the whole process, and that's because...... I WAS! She kept me informed at every turn and steadied my nerves when necessary. I cannot recommend Donna highly enough and would not hesitate to engage her again. She is simply: THE BEST!
Donna is a very approachable and pleasent person. Nothing was too hard for her and she promptly responded to all our questions and requests. She organised multiple private inspections for us which put our minds to ease. She provided support but was never pushy and she gave honest answers to our questions. A truly nice person and a great and honest agent to deal with.
Donna and her agency were committed to ensuring the transaction of ownership occurred between both parties through marketing at a sensible price, holding frequent open house inspections and ensuring both parties were informed of progress throughout the process of the sell/ buy arrangement. Donna is pleasant to deal with and her honesty compliments the service she provides through her agency.
This is the second time we have worked with Donna, once as a buyer and once as a seller. Both times have been an absolute pleasure. Donna had excellent market knowledge and did everything she could to move our property. Her efforts to get us a result went above and beyond what was expected. Her positive attitude was refreshing to achieve a result even when we thought it was never going to happen. Would highly recommend Donna to anyone selling their property.
our first house that we bought could not have asked for a better agent. Thank you so much Donna
