Being interstate a little difficult and dealing with not being on the ground.

I prefer to do a lot of my communicating by phone which is not so common these days so I found it difficult being interstate. Long delay in getting return phone calls never seem to be able to talk to staff member I was dealing with in the first instance they were good in supplying some relative information. Once I went down there in person quite helpful and In showing properties that I was interested in.
