Donna and her teams experience, advice and help across the board with all aspects of purchasing our new home at Auction was excellent. It was our first purchase via the Auction process and she really explained all aspects so that when we were ready to go we felt comfortable and confident. Donna comes as across as a real genuine agent who yiu can trust ....thumbs up to her assistant Patrick too. Highly recommended.
Donna and team were professional, personable, efficient and communication was excellent. Donna was very knowledgeable about our area and I would recommend her services.
Donna and her team were excellent, they showed enthusiasm and commitment to selling our home from the outset. We received daily phone calls from Donna throughout the campaign and weekly reports which meant we felt very up to date about the progress.
Such a positive experience. Very very happy with Donna and her team
Donna was a clear choice from the very beginning. I spoke to a few agents before I saw Donna and all were trying to put the pressure on me to sell regardless of my concerns. Donna listened to my situation and gave me advice to hold off under the circumstances and discussed the best course of action that would get the best sale result. When it came time to progress to sale I had no hesitation in connecting with Donna. She made me feel completely comfortable and supported throughout the journey and I was very happy with the auction result! I would, and have, recommended Donna to anyone looking to sell.
Donna provided timely and excellent insights throughout the sale process. She did a great job of managing expectations through daily phone calls and made us feel very comfortable with our choice in agent. We were very happy with the sale price and Donna and her team worked tirelessly on our behalf
Donna delivered to us an amazing result to our recent home sale. Her knowledge of the market, thorough communication and clever marketing exceeded all our expectations. Thank you Donna and your team.
Before purchasing this property we had dealt with Donna and her team concerning a few other properties listed by Spillane Property that we had missed out on, or just weren't right for us, where the expertise of her and her team had still nonetheless been helpful. With this property, we weren't even sure we could make it to Newcastle for the auction, so Donna ended up contacting us after hours to sort out options to allow us to participate in the auction remotely, just in case. Ultimately it became possible to attend in person, and were very happy with our purchase. It's not often that you get both the vendors and the purchaser's of a given property rating the agent as "excellent", but that's what's happening here and it tells you all that you need to know.
Donna and her team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Donna has excellent knowledge of the market, her genuine friendly demeanour and exceptional communication skills made the entire process of buying far less stressful for us. I highly recommend Donna and her team and would definitely use them if I sell in the future.
We met with several agents and immediately knew Donna was the right choice. Her market knowledge is second to none, and her ability to clearly communicate her approach and strategy was excellent. We were kept updated daily throughout the whole process, felt supported through any issues or questions that arose, and ultimately were extremely happy with our successful auction sale.
Donna was very easy to deal with and seemed to genuinely care about us and our needs.
Donna is a highly professional, trustworthy and honest agent with a genuine passion and understanding of the Newcastle area and community. We highly recommend Donna and look forward to working with her and the Spillane team again in future.
