This is the worst experience I have ever had. Donna lied to me about the contract, bullied me at the auction telling me that I had 30 minutes to complete payment or the auction would be re-opened. The sale price was unrealistic and a lot of people left the auction very disappointed and misled. She was unco-operative with keys on settlement. Also lied about what the previous owners were and weren't taking and when I queried her office I was told to contact my solicitor. Do not use Donna Spillane. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
