This is my first house I have purchased and I was looking on the market for a while going from open home to open home to open home every weekend. Donna I met at my house in which I have just purchased and she was honestly probably one of about 70 different Real Estate agents that I met and I could really say 5 were up front honest and didn't come with all the BS. This whole process with Donna has been amazing and she has been more then helpful through everything, Giving me advice and keeping me up to date the whole process, Checking with me and when I needed help or was confused she would go above and beyond to make sure I understood and was happy the whole time. Donna was friendly and knowledgeable of the area we purchased in. The process leading up to the sale was disjointed as no offer letter is used, rather a straight to contract approach which wasn't ideal. Happy buyer in the end due to it being the house we loved.
