Sale price was assessed by Donna at higher than what sold for. In the end bank valuation depicted price at much lower than we expected. Seems Cairns lenders not willing to see how values increase after years of renovation, garden revamp efforts and suburb profile improvements. However, very happy that Donna achieved outcome with a lot of energy and dedication to the job she loves. She really does put in major effort and I recommend her thoroughly.

11/11/2019 Donna was hosting an open house at the above address. A week later I made an offer and within 2hrs of accepting it Donna had a contract in front of me to sign.
