We have been dealing with Donna on this particular development for the best part of 3 years. During that time, Donna has always been willing to provide market advice and information whenever requested. Her communication and follow up skills are first class and we had total confidence in her ability to achieve a great result when our townhouses came to market. Donna and Karen from Hocking Stuart Ringwood provided us with a trouble free campaign with a great result on auction day. We really felt as though they had our best interests at heart. We felt more like friends rather than clients and would not hesitate to use Donna and the sales team again when we next have a need.

Dealing with agents is very daunting if you are not an estate agent yourself. Considering all are friendly and personable, I found it very difficult to separate one from the other. So, I put together a list of specific questions ie. How many properties have you sold in the last year? Do you work part time/full time etc. And I let the responses do the selecting for me. I interviewed 3 agents and Donna won hands down. She was by far the best person for the job. The treatment we received, responsiveness and ultimately the outcome of the sale, were all exceptional. I just wish there was a Donna in every suburb!
