I've run into Donna at numerous property inspections over the years as a buyer and always found her a pleasure to deal with. In the early days as a first home buyer she explained the process and always made me feel comfortable. Since then we've dealt with plenty of other agents when buying, but none compare to Donna...She's bubbly, knowledgeable and most importantly... honest! Naturally when it came time to sell our property, Donna was the first point of call. I knew buyers would be welcomed and treated the same way I was whenever I inspected a property she had listed. I was also confident of her appraisal and marketing campaign. Donna made the sale a pain free process, suggesting some quick, inexpensive upgrades we could do to the property and managed all communication and inspections with our tenant. To top it off, she negotiated a great result within our preferred settlement terms. We will be selling another property shortly with Donna - Would highly recommend!!!
