We bought our first home through Donna. It was not the greatest experience due to a tenant not moving out and or leaving the house in a reasonable condition, however Donna was quick to get cleaners and handy man in to have the house fixed before settlement. In hindsight we should have organised settlement for maybe a week after vacancy however as we were new home buyers were not aware of the best way to do this. Some advice from Donna would have been appreciated. All in all a bit more communication would have been great, but at the end of the day its settled and sorted now.

So helpful and thoughtful, kind and professional. Kept us positive through an extremely difficult market period. With covid19 keeping everyone at home Donna worked even harder and found us a buyer. Donna explained everything clearly, was honest and to the point. It was a pleasure to speak to her over the phone. We had a property manager from another agency and Donna was able to communicate with her comfortably. We will happily recommend Donna.

The very first contact from Donna was an addressed card asking me to call. I had my property listed and it sat for a few months with very little contact from my agent. I was very disappointed with my previous agent and I wasn’t ready to re-list my property. I spoke with Donna anyway and told her I wasn’t ready, she respected my decision and wasn’t wasn’t pushy at all. Months down the track Donna made contact with me again and discussed listing my property again as she said it was the perfect time to do so. Initially, I was sceptical and didn’t really feel it was but I listed it anyway. I’m so glad I listened to Donna because 13 days after listing my townhouse it went under contract and for a price that I was very satisfied with. Townhouses normally take one month up to one year to sell. This to me demonstrates Donna is extremely aware of the market and what of what both buyers and sellers are looking for. Donna communicated frequently and was always a pleasure to deal with. Although I got a quick sale, she never set unrealistic expectations. I highly recommend Donna you definitely won’t be disappointed!

We never got to meet Donna in person during the sale of our property so all our communication was done over the phone and email. Donna was very consistent with keeping us up to date and we felt that she had our best interests at heart.
