I wanted to take this opportunity to say how impressed and grateful my partner Ann and myself are with the fantastic work and extra effort that Donna put into the sale of our property. We had had the property on the market for about 9 months, with another Real Estate Agent, without any real interest or success, the real estate agent at the time was not very active, it seemed the only marketing strategy was to keep dropping the asking price. After a very informative conversation with Donna we took it off the market for a couple of months so it could be advertised as part of a new campaign. Donna used her extensive local knowledge and hard work to get it back into the market, with almost immediate effect, Donna put a big effort into holding open inspections and a very good advertising campaign.
