We had had the property on the market for about 9 months, with another Real Estate Agent, without any real interest or success, the real estate agent at the time was not very active, it seemed the only marketing strategy was to keep dropping the asking price. After a very informative conversation with Donna we took it off the market for a couple of months so it could be advertised as part of a new campaign.
