Donna has been a huge support selling this house . She goes above and beyond her responsibility, to ensure a stessfree and successful sale . Not only is she a good agent she’s a pillar of strength during the sale ensuring a smooth process always available to help .thankyou Donna .
We had the pleasure of dealing with Donna for a recent purchase. From first contact Donna was so friendly, informative and showed a genuine willingness to help. Communication had to be at its highest level on all platforms, texts, phone calls, emails, as this purchase was interstate and Donna definitely was always on the ball. I would highly recommend Donna. Lastly thank you so much for the housewarming gift and the fabulous bow on the front door. Loved it so much.
We found Donna to be very enthusiastic about the property. Which gave us complete confidence in her ability. We were rewarded with a sale above our expectations.
Donna has gone above and beyond our service standard expectation. She is so professional, friendly, and aware of keeping the client in the loop of the whole process.
Donna made the process of selling our house easy and stress-free. Throughout the whole process (which was fairly short as a sale was made straight away) she was friendly, attentive, responsive and super helpful. I would not hesitate to use Donna again.
Donna always followed through and regularly kept in contact to update us on latest developments.
Very prompt with response and answered any questions I had beautifully. Would recommend
After 3 months with another agent, Donna had the property sold within a week of taking it over. Her communication and proactive approach is excellent. I highly recommend her to anyone.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say how impressed and grateful my partner Ann and myself are with the fantastic work and extra effort that Donna put into the sale of our property. We had had the property on the market for about 9 months, with another Real Estate Agent, without any real interest or success, the real estate agent at the time was not very active, it seemed the only marketing strategy was to keep dropping the asking price. As we were not happy with the service provided by the original real estate agent, so we contacted Donna. After a very informative conversation with Donna we took it off the market for a couple of months so it could be advertised as part of a new campaign. Donna used her extensive local knowledge and hard work to get it back into the market, with almost immediate effect, Donna put a big effort into holding open inspections and a very good advertising campaign. Within a couple of weeks she had some realistic offers and after a few more discussions she was able to get the offers up to a level that we were comfortable with and we have recently settled the sale. We cant speak highly enough of Donna, she was very friendly, very knowledgeable, the communication with her was excellent, even after hours as we live interstate, she responded to our questions very quickly, in fact we could not fault her work in any way, she was great and we would thoroughly recommend her to anyone selling property in the area. Donna thanks so much for your great work and diligence
Donna did not have an easy task on her hands in selling my property, but sell it she did. Communication was fantastic. Not too much, and not too little. Very pleased with the service.
The only Agent that actually got a sale for us.. had tried 3 others to no avail.. Thank you Donna.
