Donna and Scott were an absolute pleasure to deal with when selling our property, as we both work full time Donna and Scott had no problem to make appointments with us after normal business hours, they never put any pressure on us, they were very honest and had a great amount of knowledge with the real estate market. They are definitely not the type to tell you what you want to hear so you sign up with them and then don’t get the results you are looking for. We were given a very honest appraisal on our house and were told that there are people who are interested, so we put it on the market and in the first 2hours of it being advertised I was so overwhelmed by the large amount of people who had reached out to Donna and Scott to come for an inspection and in a matter of a few days it was sold and there was still so many people who missed out and wanted to come for a look, even once everything was done we were still getting offers put forward that we had to decline as it was sold. D&S have a very nice sigh board that gets put up and it’s much nicer and different to the rest. Our overall selling experience was an absolute breeze and thanks to D&S it was very stress free and that’s because your dealing with 2 agents who are very proactive, knowledgeable, understanding and down to earth, so if you’re thinking of selling then give Donna or Scott a call as they won’t disappoint and most of all there fees are very impressive. Working with Donna was hard. She likes a text message and a phone call - but don't expect anything on email. And when emails come through, they come from email addresses not associated with her business. As an operator and in the age of very professional scammers - very unprofessional, disconnected and disorientating. Communication was poor and her ability to provide accurate information - very lacking. She blamed the lack of information on the previous owner. I got NOTHING on handover but incorrect information. The chlorine pool was actually a salt pool, and poorly maintained. The rainwater setup is just a tank, and not connected to any home features. The state of the house on handover was beyond shocking. Donna rang me to tell me how clean the house was, claiming a full clean had been done. That said, those cleaners should be sacked and if that is Donna's 'clean', I don't want to see her dirty. I would be embarrassed to pass that off as good enough. I would also hesitate on her recommendation to work with with By The Rules Conveyancers. All parties disappeared at key moments through the purchase process - deeming what I could only perceive as trying to crash the sale. She talks the talk but by move in date, couldn't back up a thing and there isn't a comms trail in sight.
