Smooth and wonderful experience

Donna was amazing to work with from start to finish. She explained all the types of sales we could choose and presented the pros & cons for all options when it came to selling our particular place. Every step of the way she was very informative and helpful. Donna was professional but easy to have a chat with which was great for settling any nerves. Replies were always fast and even if she didn't have the answer she would update us with what she could and then get back to us as soon as she was able. We looked into a lot of agents at the start, but as soon as we met Donna we felt sure on what our choice would be.
