Whilst we never met Donnella in person (we live in South Australia) so all communication was by either email or phone. This had no adverse impact on the sale process as Donnella showed a keen interest and kept us informed at all times. We had tried on two previous occasions to get a listing with other agents,all to no avail, so it was heartening to find Donnella with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the area.
