The key points for me about Donnella was that she would always go above and beyond for the buyer, she was always truthful and prompt with her callbacks and response. For instance, Donnella would always answer her phone, even on the weekends, alternatively if she missed them, you could expect her to call back pretty soon after missing a call. She was quite reliable in more than just this. As for going beyond; Some of the things I asked Donnella to help me with wasn't things that were in her job description as an agent. However, she would always give a helping hand despite the concerns I had. and lastly but certainly not least, her honesty. For me, honesty is one of the biggest things that are important when dealing with people. During this long-awaited purchase of our first home, Donnella was always honest, which made the experience all the easier.
