The first time we dealt with Donovan was to buy the property. It was a great experience so we chose Donovan to act as agent to sell the property. He was professional throughout the process and was always available which was important given our very big time difference (We live in Portugal). He took care of all arrangements with service providers to prepare the property for sale and auction including cleaning, carpeting, painting, styling et cetera. I did worry when some of the costs in preparing the property for sale started to add up, but decided to trust him and we are really glad we did, as we achieved a sale price on auction higher than we expected or even hoped! He really knows the market I knew exactly where to price the house to you achieve maximum buyer interest. I would not hesitate to recommend Donovan to other sellers.
