From the moment I met Donovan to interview him as the potential agent to sell my mother's property, he impressed me as being very professional and measured in his approach and with a deep understanding of the market, surrounding properties and potential buyers. He made excellent suggestions regarding the ideal preparation and presentation of the property. He then project managed the necessary renovation and styling to present the property in immaculate condition. He reported regularly during the marketing process and gave excellent advice around the auction process. Whilst the price guide used in advertising was strong, the sale price at auction exceeded the top of the price guide range by almost 10%. The best recommendation of his performance is in a comment a rival agent made when I visited an open inspection of another property on the day of the auction, when the agent expressed amazement with how good the sale price was and the personal view that the price guide was set too high.
