I cannot rate Donovan and his team highly enough. End to end, Donovan and Maddi did everything possible to ensure that everything ran smoothly and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently to quickly become non-issues. This was a team effort and clearly very much a part of the culture in this Di Jones office. For example, when we were not completely happy with the styling, Donovan and Maddi spoke with the stylist to ensure that the issues were addressed the very next morning and the photographer happily came back to reshoot the particular room ensuring that we were completely happy with the presentation of our property. Communication was regular and clear - at all times we were kept informed of the status of market preparation activity and inspection / sales progress. Before the auction, Donovan talked us through his proposed strategy and happily took the time to address our questions and consider our views. On the day, he managed the process like clockwork and achieved a great result (in a very difficult market). Not only was it a terrific result but, by briefing us and managing the process so well, he removed all the stress from what could have been a very stressful day. The fees proposed and agreed were very reasonable and and it was clear that Donovan and his team worked extremely hard to earn them. I could not fault them, the process that they ran nor the ultimate result achieved. This is the second time that my family have worked with him Donovan and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again. You will not find a more professional and passionate real estate agent.
