Doris helped the reviewer sell this property

Thank you Doris!

I'm a "sophisticated" vendor, being, before retirement, the CFO of a major commercial property firm. I asked Doris for a no-nonsense valuation of my property. She came up on the spot with a figure which she eventually exceeded by $31K which was pretty close. So she had a good grasp of the market. After that we had a very good working relationship. I accepted her advice which turned out to be correct in every case. She held her nerve when mine was weakening and proved herself in the final negotiation on the very evening of a lockdown. I rate her overall performance as first class.
