I was selling my mothers house at Terrigal and I interviewed 3 agents for the job, and just felt very comfortable that Doug would do a good job. He and I immediately hit it off, he has a vast knowledge of the market in Terrigal along with his partner, Colin. Part of the logic in choosing Doug was if I feel comfortable with him, then buyers would too. Both he and Colin came up with some great selling points for the house, things that I never thought, of and they used that in their marketing campaign. The house sold right in the middle of the range that he gave me, and was sold in 2 weeks. It wasn't the best time to sell, as it didn't stop raining the entire time it was on the market, so wasn't great to get a lot of passing interest, but that didn't deter him, with both Doug and Colin attending every open home. Doug was very responsive to any calls, texts or emails and kept me informed all the way along the process, even arranging for their handyman to do a bit of work around the place to make the place look its best. Doug did the liaising with the solicitors to ensure everything went smoothly. I was originally a bit concerned if they had enough support to do the job, they are not the biggest agent in Terrigal, but it was never an issue. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
