Good knowledge and skill for property sales

As you all know, buying any property is very difficult in a tight budget, and we are very new at it. I had 0 knowledge, and my wife was gathering information. And I knew we had no chance in this crazy property market ( I call it fish market) It was my 3rd visit to a property. I even went without my wife bcos I knew we had no chance, and I met Douglas. I knew we could not afford it, so I just had a little look and came out from the property. We put our offer and left. Doug said, "Don't lose hope; we will talk to the vendors.
